What is YOUR Reopening Plan?

There are reopening plans for states, restaurants, bars, and summer camps. It’s important to get that kind of guidance.

But no one is going to tell you on how to create YOUR reopening plan.

I don’t mean which restaurants will you go to or where you will wear a mask.

I mean, how has this experience shaped you? How might you show up differently as you re-enter the social world again? What ways of being will you shed and how do you choose to show up instead?

We all have had quite the unique experience over the past few months in quarantine. Something must have shifted for you.

Quarantine has helped me slow down and connect within. Usually I am running around all day in all sorts of meetings and appointments that distract me from my internal self. Over the past several weeks, I faced my need to be busy and find distractions. Instead, I spent my time reflecting on walks, writing in my journal, and hanging out by the river. 

Moments to breathe.

I am loving this peace of mind, clarity, and sense of gratitude that is running through me. Even when I get back into society, I am choosing to stay connected to this way of being.

We really do get to choose how we want to show up in our lives. This includes how we show up for our minds, bodies, creative selves, and how we want to impact the world.
